Ms. Brittney Jackson, M.Ed. is a dedicated mathematics educator and Montgomery, Alabama native. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Pure Mathematics from Troy University and a Master’s of Education in Mathematics from the American College of Education.
Teaching Experience
With over eight years of experience teaching high school mathematics in hard-to-staff schools, Ms. Jackson has served students in Mobile, Lowndes, and Montgomery County Public School systems. Her work is driven by a passion for educational equity and a commitment to empowering students through mathematics.
Strategic Insight
As a board trustee, Ms. Jackson brings valuable insight into the academic and social challenges facing students in underserved communities. Her leadership supports the foundation’s mission to expand access to higher education and provide meaningful opportunities for student success.
Life Beyond Work
When Ms. Jackson is not working, she enjoys volunteering in a Bible education program, reading, attending concerts, traveling, exploring new restaurants, engaging in meaningful reflection, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
