Kimberly Wiley is a longtime resident of Montgomery, Alabama, with a deep-rooted passion for revitalizing apartment communities and restoring them to Class A properties throughout the River Region. With over 16 years of experience in property management, marketing, and sales, she is known for her professionalism, integrity, and strong negotiating skills.
Leadership Development
After earning her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Alabama State University in 2012, Kimberly quickly found her niche in property management. She began her career overseeing the restoration of 152 apartment homes, a project that showcased her leadership and vision. Her success led to a promotion as marketing manager, where she oversaw four apartment communities within her company’s Montgomery portfolio.

Most recently, Kimberly accepted a new opportunity as a sales analyst with Jay R. Smith Mfg. Co., bringing her expertise and insight into a new sector.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Kimberly is a proud mother of two. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, whether it’s on a relaxing vacation, at a cookout, or in extracurricular sports.
